Our signature sourdough dough gets enriched with butter to give you the absolute best of qualities of a croissant and sourdough combined. It has the light and airy texture of a croissant with the signature sour tang and chew you love in sourdough. The best part is the rich buttery flavour this loaf has. So good you could eat it on its own, but it’s even better paired with one of our infused butters.
